Hotel was disappointing , nothing like Vegas or Atlantic City. Our room although was listed non smoking remakes of a Smokey carpet covered up with freshener. Opted out of house cleaning to save money but incurred a three hundred dollar bill for three days! This was a supposed completely comes room. We ordered nothing extra . Would not go back.

The check-in went very smoothly, room ready when we arrived. The hotel and the room was very clean and nice. The food in buffet and restaurants was very good to my taste, I like seafood and Southern cooking. Now the very best part of the whole trip was the people who worked in the resort, from the front desk, housekeeping, security, casino workers and retail employees were the best. All very helpful and friendly, I hope Harrahs knows these people are their best asset. Now the slots are a different story, very tight and not friendly at all. Great place to visit but don't expect to leave rich.
