Fabulous hotel...

The staff are very knowledgable and oh so friendly. The rooms are great.... very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was phenominal and has tons of choices. The rates are exceptional!! Overall a fabulous hotel!!

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

After checking out on a Sunday, after spending 12 hours in my room, sleeping!!!!! I receive an alert from my bank Monday about a $150 fee from the hotel. I immediately called to ask about what is was for.... "a smoking fee" the front desk clerk says rudely!
I 100% did not smoke in that room!!!! I am disgusted by anyone that thinks smoking indoors is ok.
I have been asking for, now, 3 weeks of an explanation or proof or ANYTHING to answer why I'm being charged this fee. The manager didn't even respond until I went above her. Still, no explanation.
Since then I have read of hotels doing this A LOT to scam people! I'm doing what I need to do to get this resolved, no help from Best Western.
I just want everyone to be aware that this can happen to anyone! And this particular branch doesn't care!
