Dad and I stayed overnight and found the place to be very nice. Staff was friendly. Overall the lobby/halls/elevators were clean. Room was nothing fancy, but clean and satisfactory. Rooms come with a little refrigerator. TV was a little small, but channel selection was decent. I guess when I think of "Marriott", I think everything should be fancier?.?
WiFi worked good. Pool was okay. Hot tub was nice....but the really nice feature that many hotels miss out on is the pool hours. Pool area hours at this Courtyard are 6am-11pm, VERY NICE! I'm a late relaxing kind of guy and Dad is any early soak in the hot tub guy, so this worked for both of us.
Breakfast is not included, but they have an area that you can purchase breakfast items.
I felt that this is an overall nice stay for the money.

Stayed here during PArent's Weekend at Penn State, Main Campus. Could not find a reasonable affordable hotel in State College for Parents Weekend, so since we were familiar with the area, booked this place in Altoona, approximately a quick 40 mile scenic drive in the fall. Room was large and clean (2 double beds). TV was on the smaller side for hotel TVs and beds were just okay, but for the price its a good place to base your visit to the region. It does have a spacious lobby/lounge area and also outside seating. Some of the rooms looked like they had balconies that overlook the mountain scenery.
