The property is just minutes to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort. he Gatlinburg Trolly also stops just in front of the motel. Families can enjoy the heated outdoor pool after a day of fun and exploring. The guestrooms feature a mini-fridge, microwave, fireplace and a private balcony with river views. Wi-Fi access is available. Families can also start the day with their in-room continental breakfast of juice, donuts and coffee.

This is our place to be whenever in Gatlingburg, Tn. We love the location, touching the Great Smokey National Park. We love the size and cleanliness of the rooms. We love the dedicated personnel whom take care of the property. Yes, we love the low cost too. We stayed in a room that overlooks the street because all of the rooms that back up to the River were booked. We usually stay in the "riverside" rooms. We like the street side rooms better. You can see the mountains from your balcony. Great view! Like the rooms on the river, this room has a fireplace too. It also has a big, really nice, walk in shower and a whirpool tub also. Our thanks to the staff for making our 49th Wedding Anniversary stay so nice.

Nice Older Motel

Riverhouse is our go to motel in Gatlinburg. Friendly staff, very clean and a great location. You can walk to everything in minutes. Highly recommend you can’t go wrong. We will stay here every trip to Gatlinburg.
