This hotel is clean, comfortable and offers free breakfast, parking, and WiFi. There isn't a whole lot to do near the hotel. It is, however, located just a short drive from the iconic Cadillac Ranch if you want to stop and take pictures.

After reading reviews here and calling the hotel to speak to them (Carissa) I booked this property for our stay in Amarillo. I emailed several times to confirm the property address and to ask for a contract. I sent the rooming list, and assumed all was well. I called to confirm our arrival time, only to find there was no reservation. Luckily they had rooms and quoted the same rate. Mariah even found my rooming list & confirmed there and then. Upon arrival at the hotel at 6pm, rooms were not ready. The manager allocated them while we waited. Our two night stay was alright - rooms and breakfast were fine. However, on the morning of checkout, each room was given a bill for their stay - even although it was on a master account. All the names were wrong, as they had clearly no knowledge of who had been allocated which room number - AND a higher rate for the second night had been charged. When I went to reception it was Carissa - she remembered my call from the UK, EXCUSE...I had been in touch with their other property in Amarillo?? Even AFTER I sent the Rooming List TO and Confirmed the address of THIS property. After calling her manager, she said she would adjust the rate. This took more than an hour! I held up the group departure waiting for her. Because of the upset and delay - I had no time to go back to my room, and inadvertantly left my passport. So had to return to the hotel from our next stop (150 miles awway to collect it) A complete shambles!
