Fabulous weekend

The Pasea Hotel and Spa was a fabulous oceanfront destination for our family. The spacious, beautifully appointed, ocean themed hotel lived up to every expectation. The special Eat, Beach, Sleep special offer made it affordable, and supervisor Skylar made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Thank you to all!

Great customer service

I was in town for the winefest that was hosted at the pasea hotel on October 26,2019 and Hannah at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This was in the evening and it had been slightly busy but she treated me like I was important and was patient as well as very professional and courteous. I don’t know who is reading this but she deserves a raise and a pat on the back for exemplifying what it means to have exceptional customer service.
