Nice welcome at the front desk. Room was fine, spacious and clean. Had a loud noise issue with people next door to our room. After two visits from the security staff, things became tolerable. If you have a problem, management will attempt to resolve it .This site requires a lot of effort on everyone: desk reception, security and the valet staff.
Thanks for your efforts.

This hotel is usually the cheapest hotel on the Cleveland Clinic campus. If you are staying here chances are you have some type of health issue being addressed at Cleveland Clinic. The location is great being less than a five minute free shuttle service to the front door of Cleveland Clinic. The food was above average, but expensive. Front desk staff were friendly, and helpful. Now the downside. Housekeeping left our door open for days while I was admitted to Cleveland Clinic. Luck for us everything in the room wasn't taken. The days we were there housekeeping was basically nonresistant on the 8th floor. The other issue we encountered was in the restaurant downstairs. While waiting on ordered food one of the cooks decided to complain loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear he was not happy about a small tip from someone. Since pretty much everyone staying in this hotel is basically dealing with some type of health issue nobody wants to hear anyone complaining about their job. If you are not happy with your pay find another job, because the people you are serving have bigger issues than you have.
