The staff was very friendly but that's where the positive review stops. Our room was filthy. The sheets had not been changed from the last guests, there was a cup of soda left from the prior guests, the bedding was filthy, the floors were very dirty. the furniture was stained, there was pubic hair on the toilet, urine on the toilet, hair on the floor in the bathroom, the tub was dirty, the sink and counter were dirty. To top all of this off there was a pair of child's soiled underwear that had been rinsed out and hung over the shower rod. We asked to talk to manager. we were told the manager doesn't come in daily. Turns out the person I was speaking to was, in fact, the manager. He just didn't want me to know he was the manager. I told him about the issues we had with the room. He laughed and said he is having problems with housekeeping. Really? Never ever again. I sent pictures of the dirty areas to corporate. Didn't receive a reply. Save yourself some grief and stay elsewhere.

Our stay was a series of unfortunate events. We were first given the wrong room, we had reserved a suite since we are a family of five. No big deal, mistakes happen. Then the keys to the second room didn't work. After my husband got sent back and forth three times, the attendant came up with him to let us in. At this point it was getting very late and my kids were beyond ready for bed. She said they would have maintenance look at it the next day, but for now, we would have to have someone let us in. We asked in the morning after breakfast if we could have keys, they said it had not been looked at yet so we went on Holiday World. When we returned from our fun, but exhausting day from Holiday World, we still did not have keys and the lobby was FULL of people trying to check in. We waited around 40 minutes just to get back into our room. When we checked out the next day, the clerk told us we had not paid even though we had prepaid for the room a month prior. I gave her the conformation and showed the charge on my credit card and she still would not let us leave saying we had not payed. We were needing to get to the Gateway Arch for reservations to go up in the tram and they delayed us by another 45 minutes before finally saying, oh yeah, here it is. Very rude too! We later discovered they charged us for another night the night we checked in and had to fight for three days for a refund. We will never again stay in a Quality Inn!
