Located in the Wayside Inn next to Kate Gould Park, the Wild Goose Tavern is a nice place to go to lunch or dinner with the kids. Menu items include great soups (especially the French onion), pizzas, sandwiches and seafood, steak and chicken entrees. Ask for a seat away from the bar or out on the patio for the best people watching. Walk through the adjacent Wayside Inn lobby, stop near the fireplace and play the old-fashioned version of the game “Sorry” before you head home.
