This hotel is centrally located and is used by large touring groups. Rooms are average but relatively quiet. The first floor rooms windows are more street level. The outstanding aspect of the hotel is the guest services. The manager and front desk attendants were cheerful and tried very hard to please. If you eat breakfast, be sure to arrive early as the room fills up quickly.

We stayed here 5 nights and it is a decent, clean place with very friendly employees. I am going to complain about a few things though. First, the bathtub floor was weird. It didn't feel solid. One side felt like it was going to cave in. They do supply the usual toiletries but we never once had our bar soap replenished during our stay. We used the same small bar soap for our entire stay. Also, the breakfast area is way, way too small. The oversized chairs around the very small tables made things very tight and cramped. If the breakfast room is full, it is hard to get around. Plus, the set up of the food items was not very good. The pancake machine was in one corner, fruit and cereal in another corner and then the rest of the items all together. It was hard to get to the pancake machine and cereal if there is a full room. I think most people didn't even know the pancake machine was there because it's sort of hidden.
If you want a decent place to stay for a night or two, this would be fit the bill.
