We stayed in a room with a king-sized bed and a hide a bed couch. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and we got no complaints about the couch from the person who slept there. The bathroom likewise was clean and well-supplied. The real stars of this hotel are the staff, who were friendly and helpful. We will stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

My family and i stayed 7/26-7/28-the hotel was tripled booked-room was wrong but was fixed. Room was not clean, all mirrors were smeared,hand prints and water spots,head brd had something splatters on it. Bedside lamp didnt work,short in wire..they did change it out. Sat. spoke to housekeeping (red hair 2 braids) and ask to come back in 20 mins, gave the houseman the towels and trash. when we left housekeepers and sup were standing outside. A note was left regarding extra towels,tp ,and a tip. Upon returning to the room...nothing was touched or lefted, tip was still there...no towels to take a shower had to go to front desk and ask for them. Customer service was terrible...sierra from the front desk the housekeeping sup in the morning just acted like oh well no concern at all. Whether the group rate was $89 or $890 customer service and housekeeping should always be a 10 and i took in consideration the renovation to the hotel. The beds were amazing. This was my second stay...first stay in dec 2018 i had no complaints.
