We had reservations for 3 guests to stay here for 3 nights. Upon arrival at around 8PM no one was at the front desk and the door was locked. We waited 45 mins and finally someone showed up and checked us in along with 3-4 other guests that had also been waiting a long time. After checking in we went to our room and there was only 1 bed for 3 adults. Apparently they had switched our room around and we ended up with a room with only 1 bed. We had made these reservations months in advance so we were left wondering how this mistake could have been made. We requested a room change but there were no other rooms available and they did not have any cots. We ended up finding another place to stay.

I recently went to Charleston to visit my sister and was dearching for a decent hotel close by and discovered this amazing hotel by accident. I have stayed in many places all across the country and this one makes my top best list. The hotel is relatively new or newly redorated and very clean. It has handicap parking AND access next to the office. The beds were very comfortable and the room tastefully decorated. The price was affordable and you can receive a discouted rate if you book online. Although it is located on a very busy road, I found it reasonable quiet. As for the staff, they wer so polite and helpful, offering me a free snack when checking in, as well as placing a few containers in my refrigerator in my room---with no extra charge. I will be making my reservation to stay at the Creekside Inn on my next visit to Charleston.
