Not treated like diamond members

We have never had an issue being diamond members at any Hilton branch hotel. This was the 2nd time staying at this location and they really let us down and did not accommodate us like we asked and should have been as Diamond members.

Excellent Front Desk Phone Customer Service

We were in town for a family wedding and booked the Hampton Inn for our night’s stay. I called the front desk that morning to ask a question. Karen answered with a cheerful exciting voice, very inviting to continue talking. When we arrived, Karen checked us in in her cheerful way. The niceness went a long way. Our room was well appointed. At he time of the reservation, only a king bed with a kitchenette was available. I’m including pictures to share. The offered buffet breakfast is hosted by Joan who takes great pride in taking care. There were smoothies offered this time which were very good! Our room as 205 overlooks the hills in the distance. Overall we felt very comfortable and welcomed.
