The hotel provides all the basics that one needs: complimentary breakfast, spacious rooms with fridge and microwave, exercise equipment, even a small pool. The staff at the hotel are great. The rooms are a bit dated and the cleaning staff could do a little more work in the bathrooms. When the hotel is full, parking is a problem. You may have to park across the highway at the strip mall, which is where their guests are permitted to park when the lot is full. Not sure if there is anything that can be done about this as the property is surrounded by main roads. No room for expansion. If you arrive back at the hotel early enough then you won't have a problem with parking. Anyone coming back late will probably need to park at the stip mall when hotel is fully booked. Breakfast includes waffles, assortment of breads/muffins/bagels, scrambled eggs, some type of sausage, grits, yogurt, cereal, coffee and juice. Hotel is conveniently located by major arteries and only 15 minutes from downtown Charleston (when traffic is light). Also about 15 minutes from the Airport.

I had a morning flight out of Charleston. I choose to stay here vs. other hotels closer to the airport because it was much less expensive. The ride to the airport from this hotel was about 15 minutes.

The hotel looked new and updated. Interior corridors. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful front desks staff. There are many restaurants and stores close by. Breakfast was good. It was standard Choice Hotel hot breakfast plus grits.

I had a large suite next to the elevators. I was surprised but I did hear the elevators. Also, the hotel is on a busy street. Ask for a room overlooking the entrance to the hotel for quiet. I did not hear cars but I did hear the elevator.

I would stay here again.
