The Birch Knoll Motel provides simple, yet comfortable accommodations in Laconia, New Hampshire, overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. Plus, the motel has a dock and easy lake access for swimming and boating! When you’re not enjoying the lake, enjoy views of it from the motel’s lovely outdoor swimming pool that’s surrounded by lounge chairs and tables. Other activities at the motel include lake fishing and an indoor game room with a pool table and classic arcade games, plus a Jukebox for playing tunes! A microwave and tables are also available in the game room.

Motel rooms are equipped with one king, one queen or two double beds. All rooms have mini-fridges and tables with two chairs. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.

Nice place to stay, across from Lake Winnepesaukee

Very clean, nice rooms. The owners were a delight and very friendly and helpful. Even though it is on the main road, the traffic is light after 9pm or so and road noise was minimal. The bed was very comfortable. The small refrigerator was noisy, but I am a light sleeper and it may not bother others.

Perfect for a one night stay (or longer)!

Great location right outside Weir's. We stayed in the rear and upstairs, Room 120. Very quiet, little traffic or jet ski noise. The room was clean, with a good shower, extra towels, and reading lamps. There's very good coffee in the office starting at 7 AM for early risers. There's a place across the road, right on the lake, with a small beach but we didn't get there. Owners are most pleasant!
