Overview

Enjoy one of the best views in the area from a guest room at this hotel, which overlooks the Glen Canyon Recreation Area and Lake Powell. Accommodations are spacious and air conditioned (a welcome relief from the Arizona heat), equipped with high speed Internet access, cable television, and coffee makers. A free full breakfast is provided daily.
When the time comes to leave for the day’s adventures, the concierge service is happy to help you arrange them — whether you’re interested in Colorado River daily float trips, Rainbow Bridge boat tours, Unique Area hiking trails, or Antelope Canyon activities. You could also spend a day at the popular nearby sites of Horseshoe Bend or Lake Powell.
The North Rim Grand Canyon is accessible with a short drive, and traveling a little farther will bring you to the South Rim. Other national parks in the neighboring areas include Bryce Canyon, Monument Valley, and Zion National Park. If you don’t feel like driving one day, Page’s main street is within walking distance, so you can spend some hours shopping or enjoying a meal.
Whatever your day’s activities, when you return, you won’t want to skip a swim in the pool (seasonal) or a soak in the hot tub (year round), before sinking into your comfortable beds for the night.

Fantastic Location, Breakfast and View and value for the money. Breakfast staff friendly and helpful and there was a great variety of items to choose from in the buffet. Front desk staff not so much. They weren't rude, but they just didn't seem to care or know much about the area, at least the ones I encountered. Hotel is very clean and well appointed with great views. However, for some odd reason, there is a frosted glass window in the bathroom which shares a wall with the guest room. That's right, your view is of the other room, not outdoors. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and have never seen this before. And since the bathroom light lit up the entire guest room and my roommate was a light sleeper, I had to use the restroom in the dark so not to wake them. Other than this and the lackluster front desk staff, I would give this hotel 5 stars.

Clean, large and well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Super friendly service. Excellent breakfast included in the price.
Great location (Page is pretty small so every hotel is probably a good location ).
Not a 5 star luxury hotel but a great value for the price.
The only thing I found strange was - with a name like “View of Lake Powell Hotel” - No one in my group could see the lake. It didn’t matter - we weren’t there to see the lake anyway.
Would stay here again.
