I was surprised at this so-called hotel to still be open. I won't return.

The floors were filthy.
Toilet paper seemed to be rationed, Utensils or cookware were absent in the dinette, as well as cups and glasses. No soap or shampoo in the bath.
Beds were not comfortable at all.
A/C worked but cycled off and on every five minutes.

Not a good experience

Check in was supposed to be for 3 pm. Turns out our room wont be ready till 4. Then desk clerk tried to charge extra for a room with a sofa that I didn't even book. Staff not overly friendly. Almost afraid to see what the room is like. Won't ever book with this hotel brand again.
