room is laid out funny no door in the changing area light will bother who everysleeping in the bed the breakfast was soso i know there are set food for the day but the service could be better got there around 8.30 no coffee and one to see also he day we were leaving the toliet over flow call office they said some one come by that morning i went to breakfast early because we were leaving came back from eating still no one there packing car then someone came to late for me

Not Handicap Dependable

Arrived after an LSU/Florida game on Octber 12,2019. Hotels are hard to get for LSU games so this reservation was made in July for a handicap room. Im in a wheelchair and cannot stay in a regular room. We stay at this hotel often. We arrived after the game which ran late due to the huge crowds getting out of the stadium and leaving. When we went to check in they had given my reserved confirmed room away! Hotels We live almost 2 hour away. We had not choice but to drive home and got home a 3 AM!! They can take the reservation but they cannot hold the reservation!!!
