Stayed here for one night. The lobby is attractive. Our room was large with dated but functional furniture. Lighting could use improvement. The mattress on our bed was "sway-backed" and could do with a replacement. Walls are thin and not at all sound proof. The noise from the TV in the next room was annoying. Had to sleep with the air conditioning on just to generate a "white noise" to block out the TV. They have no lounge or restaurant and are located several miles from downtown Missoula. The price, at $179.00, was ridiculous. The room and facilities was worth about half of that.

Airport shuttle and convenience made this our choice, but seemed overpriced, and definitely not upscale or top-rate, in my opinion. Rooms are drab and depressing and could use an update. The 2 queen bed room was spacious. The room lighting options are minimal, with no table lamp near the tables. There are no signs on the hallways, directing you to your room. They are located far from restaurants and downtown, but they did have a list of restaurants that deliver. There is no bus route operational on the weekends to get you into town, a shame, and UBERs don't have car seats, just fyi, not the fault of the hotel. The "full hot breakfast" was pretty awful, with rubbery eggs and virtually no fruit. Just a bowl of scary looking slimy mixed fruit. The attendants were brusque and turned the lights off at precisely 9:30 am, leaving folks eating in the dim light, encouraging them to leave asap, not very friendly. On the positive side, the desk attendants were helpful and nice, especially the gentleman with the English accent. A lot of these issues could be fairly easily corrected if there is motivation.
