I attempted to check into this hotel for a long term stay, I will be working in the area for awhile. The person at the front desk made it perfectly clear that I was interrupting/bothering her. She could not quote me a long term rate, which I understand. She stated that her sales manager would not be in until Tuesday, Nov. 12th, 2019. I then asked her for a room rate, I would stay until Tuesday then speak with her sales manager about the long term rate. She huffed and puffed the whole 3 minutes it took her to look up a rate. She then called one of her co-workers over and asked them to complete her task she was in the middle of doing. (I had previously offered to wait for her to finish her "task" prior to helping me). She stated to her co-worker she could not finish it because it was now "crazy in here". I was the only customer at the counter....she then requested my license and credit card. I can not stress enough how rude this girl was. I told her to forget it and left the hotel lobby. If this is the kind of customer service this hotel offers, I am not interested. I will now inform my co-workers not to stay here. There are plenty of other hotels in the area. My occupation requires a lot of travel. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have encountered. If I could rate this hotel a zero based on their customer service, I would.

The place is nothing fancy but it is nice and has all that is needed for a price I could afford. That is all I asked for and I got it there. Breakfast was good and started earlier than most places, which was convenient for me.
