Not quite up to the W hype

Nice enough but when you wake up in the morning to find out you have no bar soap, well disappointing. Showerhead limited the amount of water flow to get the "bath gel" off the skin. Lighting in the bathrooms could be better as well. Other than that, W Hoboken would have been a 5

Horrible experience

I booked a 1 king bed room and they gave me a 2 queen bed said it was an upgrade but it was a ADA room with a roll in shower so there was water everywhere after a shower. I ordered a burger and it took a long time to send it to the room and looks like this, it was too bitter to eat. And most ridiculous they charge me $250 because they found cigarette in the trash. That was just the trash from outside because I didn’t found a trash can on the street. Also, there was no refrigerator in the room so my food can not be ate anymore. And it was super loud until 3am. Never choose W again. I stayed at residence inn the next day that one is totally better and cheaper than this one. Ps: I work for the Marriott.
