Overview

This Disneyland Paris hotel is less than 10 minutes from the Disney Parks and Disney Village and a free shuttle is available to guests. The guestrooms feature one double bed and two single beds, which sleep four people, or a family guestrooms with one double bed, a single bed and a set of bunk beds, which sleeps five people. The guestrooms feature a television with International channels, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Cribs are also available upon request. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at the onsite restaurants. Families will love starting the day at the breakfast buffet and ending the day at the casual restaurant offering pizza and sandwiches. Free parking is also available.

Better than expected

At a place (Eurodisney) where hotel rooms come at a premium rate we were surprised at what we got for our money.
A little distance from the park - but only 10 mins on shuttlebus which runs every 20mins .
Taxi costs anything from 7 euro to 20 euro depending on mood of driver (check before using)
We ended up with a family room because it's also the mobility friendly one. So we had plenty of space.
Staff - excellent
Cleanliness - no problems
Breakfast - usual continental affair so as expected.
Bar / snack bar - pretty good for pizza & pasta - not much choice but almost instant service.

Awful accident procedure

Stayed for 1 night before checking into our disney Hotel. Arrived at 6.30pm and by 10.30pm im sat in a dirty, smelly French hospital after slipping getting out of the shower. The floor in the bathroom gets very slippy when shower on and there was no shower mat to stand on. After xray I was told it was too swollen to cast and was asked to return in a few days and was given a splint. The doctors hardly spoke English and were using their mobile phones to talk into to try and translate. Which got very frustrating. The hotel didn't show any concern at all. I had no euros on me as we had only a just arrived and instead of offering to pay for the taxi as it happened in the hotel, they told me to use my card. I eventually got them to pay for the taxi. When I asked for the accident book they said the manager will come and see me in the morning. Morning came and no manager. As time was eating into our disney trip we had to leave. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Restaurant is dirty and a free for all too!
