It is Historic

It was a little too quaint for my liking and the rooms were a little on the small size. With that said the rooms were a little cheaper than the nearby chain hotels in the CBD.

The included breakfast was pretty good and no issues with the front desk service.

The location was good and a short walk to the small CBD area.

Interesting Old Hotel

This hotel is really not equipped to handle hot weather. We also found the bed uncomfotable.
On the positive side the staff were very friendly. It's location is within walking distance to the railroad which was why we chose this particular hotel.
Disappointingly the staff on check in did not actually follow all procedures and the owner thought we were a no show.
Also the hotel takes a night's booking as a deposit, which around 10 months out was a little excessive, but it was in the conditions but I missed it at the time.
Noise was also a factor on the weekend
