Overview

This small boutique hotel is located in Breckenridge’s historic Main Street area, near the 4 O’Clock ski run with ski-in and ski-out services connecting the property to Breck Connect Gondola. An all-suites property with sitting areas, 10 different rooms are available with queen and king beds and many with queen-sized sleeper sofas. Suites are equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers with most also featuring a private balcony and four outfitted with fireplaces. Free Wi-Fi is included in each suite. Two hot tubs are available and a small lounge.

This is a very strange place. The accomodations were fine and the location is excellent. Other than that it is weird. We were lucky that a staff member let us in because after that no staff was visible at all! The front door is always locked but manilla envelopes are left outside with the keys to the hotel and the room. Guests come to the door and don't know how to get in. Some were upset. Expect no service of any kind.

Quiet place.

We just stayed two nights. It's about a five minute walk (tops!) to the main street. The room was clean and quiet. Be aware there is no AC. It cooled down at night for sleeping. Hot tubs in the back. It was pretty quiet. If you are self-sufficient and seasoned travelers with no need for frills, this is a place for you.
