Charming, warm and totally welcoming. Old world furnishings. Fabulous breakfast and"nothing is too much" service. Didn't get to try the spa. My only regret. Hotels should try to clone Michael. Probably the most valuable part of the stay

Adorable Little Inn!

If you are looking for modern, contemporary and the party place to be, you have come to the wrong place. Instead, the Best Western Plus Elm House Inn is cute, cozy and country-charming. You feel warm and welcome when you first enter, admiring the Pottery Barn inspired fireplace while munching on one of their delicious cookies. The little vases of fresh flowers on each table at the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. This inn is on the outskirts of downtown Napa, so expect a 5 minute Lyft ride into town or a 15-20 minute walk. Well worth the Lyft ride, we had a comfortable stay!
