Venice Beach Villas’ sister property lies a few blocks from the beach and shop — away from the relative bustle of Venice Avenue, tucked into a residential neighborhood of parks and old oak trees. Here, 10 units give families options up to a two-bedroom house that sleeps six and includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher.

One-bedroom accommodations sleep four and adjoin the property’s screened pool deck. Units are nicely decorated, and bicycle use and Wi-Fi are complimentary. Housekeeping service is weekly.

A wonderful peaceful place to stay - Home from Home.

Our first time in the States and what a great introduction! A really lovely place to stay, Lori, Kevin, and LeAnne , were welcoming and helpful without being intrusive and everything was comfortable and well maintained . We were really sorry to leave and hope to back in the future. The villas are very peaceful and conveniently located to the beach, shopping area and a short drive from other lovely places to visit.

Just returned from Venice Beach Villas, this was our second time here, what a lovely place to stay, we had a great 3 night break and everything was first class. A big thank you to Lori and all at Beach Villas for their hospitality, we hope to return next year.
