There was a dirty coffee filter in the coffee maker when we checked in. I wondered, if that hadn't been cleaned, had the not-so-obvious things been cleaned? There was also a used tooth flossing pick on the couch! The check in gal told us that the pool wasn't working, and that we should have been notified previously. We had not ever received a message or email to tell us, which is sad, because we purposely chose to stay in a hotel to enjoy the pool with our family. For the price we paid, these things should never have been an issue.

Newly remodeled pool area. Kids really enjoyed the water slide, we enjoyed the hot tub. Room was clean, as always, and very reasonably priced. Everyone loved the free breakfast too. I will definitely stay again and again.
