Nice Hotel at a reasonable price

The hotel was nice and clean and the room was quiet. They didn’t charge a pet fee which was nice. The hot breakfast was good and offered something for anyone. The only negative was it was a little out side of the town. If we ever go back to Newport I will stay there again

When we went to check out my bill was not what The check in lady told us it would be .
I told the lady I was checking out with ( Jo Jo ) what price we had been quoted . Meanwhile other People are checking out . She tries to take it off the bill but to me it didn't look like it was deleted . She explained they had a whole new system that they were just learning & so she got on the phone to head office to make sure she had done it right .
Meanwhile I waited very patiently as I wasn't leaving until I knew it was settled . It was probably 1/2 hour by this time. Than I heard her say " We should be comping this lady her room for making her wait all this time " & That is exactly what they done !
I was so surprised & grateful that my patience was so highly regarded . Yes we would recommend and stay at this hotel again ! Thanks for your time and patience too Jo Jo . ????????????✌???? The room had Everything we wanted too ! ????
