What a beautiful addition to downtown Holland. Designed in keeping with the small town feel, yet this is a very reasonably priced, upscale property. The commons areas are wonderful, inviting and well defined. The whole property is immaculately maintained. There is a Starbucks in the lobby (YEA!~) plus other items you can order to enjoy. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and all the furnishings in the hotel are really modern and lovely. The staff is awesome..can't say enough about this wonderful property. There is a sports bar attached which is great, too...200 beers on tap and lots of great typical bar food items.

Stayed here after wedding several blocks away. We checked in at 10 PM. They don't have valet parking & while the parking is free, the lot by the hotel is not restricted by gates. When we arrived, the parking lot was full, so we had to park in a structure across the street from the hotel. If my wife had been by herself, I would not have been pleased to have her park & then walk across the street at night. The lot was relatvely empty in the AM, so I suspect that some parking in the lot were not guests, but downtown visitors.
This could be improved.
Check in was easy. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium & although my preference is upper floor/away from elevator (which the vast majority of properties honor), I was on 2nd floor. While away from elevator, we were across from stairwell- open door, right above bar area & lots of noise filtered up the stairs. The room was typical Courtyard configuration, and it was clean. I didn't use the exercise room, and didn't have breakfast. Checkout was easy. Properties primary benefit is location..
