I don’t have to do too many single hotel nights, so I was happy to find such a comfortable, quiet room. Staff were friendly and parking in their garage wasn’t too cramped. Only negative was the snack bar...very limited selection of overpriced goodies.

I wanted to take a moment to communicate how incredibly grateful I am of the “Outstanding” customer service received this past weekend at The Westin Crystal City.
Thank you to JoNiece for her gracious accommodation of our group.
We strive to work with venues that will help us create an optimal experience for our students.
When the "behind the scenes" works collaboratively and respectfully together we can produce amazing results.
When your team goes above and beyond for our staff and students it is extremely appreciated.
With that said I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by JoNiece, Johnny, Jorge and Ben and the entire staff working that weekend.
Their ability to provide quick, reliable, timely service exceeded our expectations.
I really commend the positive “can do’ attitude all employees displayed this past weekend.
Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale.
Also their professional and "Ritz Carlton” level of service was so memorable that I have already ensured our event booking department will book at the hotel again.
It is because of such great people as them that are service oriented, that make us book with with your hotel chain in mind.
Please extend my gratefulness to them all.
