Four Stars??? Our 'partial harbor view' room was actually a view of the roof with the garbage dumpsters below - the harbor portion was just the masts of boats sticking up in the distant view. This room was old, musty, the tile is yellowed and all needs updating. It was quiet for most of the night, but this only morning of our travels that I could sleep in a bit was disrupted by the trash truck just outside our window and also construction vehicles 'beep beep' nearby. =( overall I would never go back. Also parking is for a fee - which was not disclosed until checking out! Adding insult to injury. The girl at the desk waived the parking because of our poor experience but I would not return just the same.

The hotel and it's property were great. Rooms were clean, well maintained, with friendly staff. The grounds were beautiful with a spectacular pool area.
Neighborhood was just OK. Mall across the street was good but nothing to write home to Mom about.
There was a smell from all the boats in the marina, which is not a reflection on the hotel but on the city of Ventura
