We enjoyed our two nights there. Well-located 2 miles outside of Rockport, away from all the hustle and bustle, but conveniently close to visit, dine, or enjoy the town's bayside. The rooms, while small, were well-appointed and comfortable. The simple continental breakfast provided (coffee, tea, juices, fruit, cereal, muffins and pastries) was too sweet for our tastes, but enough to get us going on our day.

This was a last minute find on our northeast coastal trip. Alex and Siobhan were so nice and great hosts. The check in was simple and we went to our rooms. We were awestruck when we saw the gorgeous room decor. Not your run of the mill boring room. Each room is uniquely decorated to a T. The bathroom was pristine. Everything sparkled. The room had a mini fridge and 2 wing chairs. There was a full-size coffee pot with coffee and fixings.
The morning continental breakfast was basic, but more than I expected. Toaster for breads. Several cold cereals. Juice. Coffee. Tea. Boiled eggs. Yogurt. Fresh fruit.
Alex took the time to chat and point is to several points of interest in the area.
Take the time to look at all of the Irish items in the office.
The ocean is accessible but not convenient. This was not an issue at all; however if this motel were waterfront, I would have been over the top excited. And it would probably have cost 2-3 times as much.
We loved our one night here. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely stop and stay longer.
