The inviting and open lobby features a fireplace and plenty of couches and tables to sit and relax after a long trip. The suites feature fully equipped kitchens and free Wi-Fi, and families will love to start each day with the complimentary hot breakfast.

All of the suites include free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and full-size refrigerator. Cribs and rollaway beds are available, but no connecting rooms are available. Guests will find plenty of outlets for charging devices and a few located at the bedside, too.

Studio Suite
The large studio suites feature a living area with a sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop (no oven), dishwasher and plenty of utensils and cookware. One-Bedroom Suite
A wall divides the bedroom from the separate living room and kitchen area in this suite. There are two televisions and a bathtub in the one-bedroom suites.

Two-Bedroom Suite
The two-bedroom suites also feature a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, full oven and stove and utensils and cookware. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and a large dining table that can seat four. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub and there are three televisions. The two-bedroom suites can accommodate six people.

Pool
The large indoor saltwater pool and whirlpool are located off the patio and open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. The water depth runs between 3 and 5 feet and no lifeguards are on duty. Pool towels are also provided.

Sport Court
Kids will love the outdoor sport/basketball court, located next to the pool. The front desk is always happy to hand over the basketballs for a daytime game.

Breakfast
A complimentary buffet breakfast is available from 6:30 to 9 a.m. on weekdays and 7 to 9:30 a.m. on weekends. Families will love the hot items like eggs and sausage, plus fruit, bagels, make-your-own yogurt parfaits, a waffle station and cereal can be found. Guests can also grab and go breakfast. The coffee station is available 24/7 and high chairs are also available.

RI Mix
Three nights a week, guests are invited to the lobby or outdoor patio for a grill night, happy hour and appetizers or dessert hour, all complimentary. A sign is placed in the lobby that morning telling guests which complimentary social mix they can expect that evening. It's a great place to mingle with other guests and enjoy some free beer, wine and food.

Grocery and Grill
Guests can fill out and supply the front desk with a grocery list and the staff will go shopping for you and charge the grocery bill directly to your room. Have your refrigerator and kitchen stocked while you go out and explore Springfield!

Getting Around
Renting a car would be ideal when staying at the Residence Inn in Springfield. Several restaurants surround the hotel and families could walk to them, but driving is a better idea. Many of the Springfield things to do are within a short drive, too.
