Families of up to four enjoy the standard two-queen rooms at La Quinta Inn, while larger ones like to spread out in the two-room family suite featuring a king bed, twin bunks, and a sofa. Guests traveling with pets will be glad to hear that their furry companions stay free (maximum of two pets totaling 80 pounds combined) and there are pet day care options available nearby: call the hotel for additional information and restrictions.
A basic continental breakfast is provided for free (with waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc.), and additional hot items are available (breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, muffins). An outdoor pool and spa are open seasonally for you to enjoy when you return from Zion National Park, which is less than a mile away from the inn.

Stayed 3 nights, as others have said the hotel is perfectly located in “downtown” Springdale, able to walk to restaurants shops, and the most important Zion shuttle stop close by. We never moved our car. We did find the staff very friendly and helpful, we were first assigned a bottom floor room and we asked to change upstairs which was accommodated. While the hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains, don’t really expect to see them from the rooms, unless you stand right next to the window. The windows are small, and the walkways have a large overhang for weather protection. The room was large with a king, and small couch, fridge and desk. WiFi free and overall good. Lighting is poor in the room. Breakfast was ok, and they do make waffles. Would have liked a fruit salad, and maybe a bit of variety each day. My biggest issue with the room at the beginning of November when it was in the 20s outside was there was only a very thin and stiff cotton blanket, no extra in the closet, so the first night I was cold. I asked for a second blanket and got another summer blanket. Really I think in the fall/winter the hotel should provide a much warmer blanket/comforter. Also, the room had a lot of “fibreeze” smell, and one day the there was a dreadful order coming from the bathroom, even the housekeeper and closed the bathroom door and put on the fan. It lasted for an entire night, it thankfully went away the following day. Not sure it had a problem with the sewer or septic tank. We did use the laundromat while we were there. While there are some pluses to the hotel, I think next time i might try a different one.
