We traveled from the US and stayed at the Northern Light Inn during a brief trip to Iceland. The staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our time at the Inn and also our time in Iceland - from transportation to/from the airport and around town (incl. the shuttle to the blue lagoon), to early access to accommodations (room, breakfast, etc), to their great restaurant in-house, to an incredible tour recommendation. This was easily one of favorite places we’ve ever stayed at around the world. Thank you Northern Light Inn for your hospitality.

We stayed here for our last night of our holiday. Reception friendly, and quick at responding to emails. Shuttle service for lagoon and airport are well organised. Room was lovely, warm and comfortable with everything you need. Nice little spa at great value. The whole place has a very homely feel. Max's Restaurant was really good evening food. Breakfast OK. Well set up if you want to stay up to catch northern lights, fire topped up when you want a break with complimentary hot drinks and the person on the desk turned off outside lights without us even needing to ask to better our photos. Oh and can't forget the waffles, free to make your own in the afternoon. Lovely location. Would definitely stay again.
