The hotel is centrally located near the parliament buildings and within minutes’ walk of popular attractions like the Royal BC Museum, Beacon Hill Park, and the IMAX Theatre. The hotel has 70 standard rooms and one-bedroom suites with private balconies and full kitchens. The hotel also offers free parking (a perk in Victoria!), seasonal outdoor heated pool, free Wi-Fi, guest laundry, and free hot buffet breakfast.

Don’t judge a book by its cover

If you must have an impressive facade and elegant lobby than maybe the Embassy Inn isn’t for you. But if you want a large, attractive room, great complimentary breakfast, convenient location, and friendly staff, I highly recommend the Embassy Inn. Our visit to Victoria was short but we loved the city and our choice of hotels.

Second time around !!

We stayed for two nights at the Embassy Inn - very centrally located on Menzies across form the Government building close to the Inner Harbor -within walking distance to everything on Government ,Fort and Wharf streets - we had a kitchenette room that was comfy And although on the worn side ( popcorn ceilings etc ) the bathrooms had been remodelled recently and the breakfasts were both fresh and diverse - they even had a Keurig coffee maker in the room
