Most of the rooms can fit a family of four, and some even have kitchenettes so you can cook on your own. A basic continental breakfast is provided at the beginning of the day, with a selection of pastries, cereals, and other standard fare. Kids will enjoy the outdoor pool and play area–but beyond that, there aren’t many onsite activities. Overall, the rooms are clean, staff are friendly, and prices are reasonable, so if you’re mostly looking for an affordable place to sleep and shower, this will suit you well.

Excellent Property and Good Value

We stayed 3 nights September 2019 based upon the excellent reviews and reasonable rates. Everything was exactly as advertised - a very clean motel
in very good condition. It has a homey atmosphere compared to chain type properties. We rented a room with a kitchenette (Full size frig, stovetop, sink)
so we could take advantage of making a full breakfast before heading out hiking
each day. The motel does offer a limited continental type breakfast but we didn't utilize that. It was nice to find the hot tub and pool were still open when we visited.
Like the property both were very clean and the hot tub was actually hot so you could enjoy it. Based upon our experience I highly recommend this motel as a nice place to stay and a good value.

You cannot go wrong with staying at this super clean motel!

We have traveled to Colorado from Iowa 3 different times and always stay 2 nights at this motel. It is on the edge of town, easy to get in and out of parking lot with little traffic. The price is perfect! Especially clean! We especially enjoyed have a love seat and walk-in shower in our room. The staff is especially friendly and pointed us in the right direction for good food. The bonus was spotting the elk on the golf course.
