Overview

This lovely little hotel opened in 2012 in response to the growing number of activities in the Brady Arts District. A small indoor pool will satisfy the kids’ needs to burn some energy and a complimentary breakfast makes a stay here quite the bargain. Each of the 104 rooms has a small refrigerator and microwave. There’s no charge for cribs, but rollaways are not an option at all. Some adjoining rooms are available.

We chose this hotel for its location to The Brady and good surrounding restaurants.
It is nice they have their own (free) parking, so many hotels in Tulsa nowadays expect you to valet for $20 or so… The parking did fill up so arrive early.
Checking in and out is a pain as the lobby is on the second floor so you have to drag your bags off the elevator, check in, then drag your bags back to the elevator to go to your room.
The room was nice, new and modern. Everything seemed clean and working. The water pressure in the shower was a bit lacking but OK. It did lack a safe in the room, but I believe you could get one in the lobby – but who wants that!
I would recommend this hotel to friends if they want to stay near The Brady but there are better hotels that show off the ambience of downtown Tulsa.

Love the location. Pleasant staff. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast included. Lots of security measures—at first a bit off-putting, but understand it’s for the right reasons. Always try to stay at Fairfield’s for consistent value and quality.
