These 5 stars go to the entire staff but especially to Aron the concierge. He made us feel very special, made sure that we'd have an amazing experience and make the most of our stay. I told him what I was looking for, he really got my needs! All his recommendations where beyond my expectations. Thank you very much again for your kindness Aron. Looking forward to come back. Great walkable location, beautiful lobby and attached to the famous (but expensive) New York Palace café. Stunning building and great staff who will remember who you are! I was very impressed. (I left sunglasses behind in a Budapest shop, and hotel staff called the places I'd been that day to try to locate them. The next day, a front desk person asked me if I got them back.) This is largely due to the leadership and training of an excellent General Manager, whom I had the opportunity to interact with before and after our stay.

This is definitely our new place in Budapest for the foreseeable future! We enjoyed it much more than our recent stays at the Four Seasons Gresham Palace and the Kempinski Corvinus.
