Not located within a tourist area of Prague, guests of the Panorama get a glimpse into regular day life in the city. Four stops via public transportation get you to the city center, and the hotel provides a traditional hotel option with rooms offering two singles or one double bed. Deluxe Suites provide a separate living and bedroom with a sofa bed. All rooms receive free Wi-Fi and are outfitted with flat-screen TVs. Onsite dining is available at MEZZO Restaurant, which serves Czech and international dishes for breakfast and dinner. (No lunch.) Perhaps one of the more popular reasons to stay at the Panorama is its indoor swimming pool on the 24th floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city.

I stayed at this hotel on my business trip for Customer visit ,last year It got freezing cold in the room, so I called reception to ask if somebody could check the heating as it seemed not to work. They promised someone will arrive "in a moment". This repeated THREE TIMES, ( me calling them responding that someone will be there in a moment) and finally someone did arrive ( Handyman, Czech speaker only, no other languages whatsoever) , around 1 AM, and it turned out that the heater was working well , it was just too small to raise a temperature in such a spacious room. So, I went to bed basically frozen. No way I will ever stay there again in winter. Breakfast was so so, resto food ok.

Find no fault with room. Breakfast spread is sufficient but can be improved especially more variety for vegetarians. Love the hotel's location which is within walking distance to a mall which you can have a few dining options.
