This is one of those hotels that you get what you pay for.
Pros:
*Location to Knott's Berry Farm and area restaurants
*Cheap
*Linens and sheets clean
Cons:
*Extreme disrepair
*Uncaring staff
*Thin walls
*Breakfast is not worth it
*Carpets and furniture extremely worn and dirty
It is one of the cheapest hotel options in the area and there is definitely a reason for that. The entire place needs to be updated and is in extremely poor condition. The sheets and towels were clean, but the floors looked awful. We tried to keep our shoes on as much as possible and wore socks the entire time. It looks like they recently upgraded the bathroom counter, but they definitely used the lowest bidder because everything was cockeye, not a big deal, just shows the laziness that you can see throughout the entire property. All the plants are dying and the landscaping is just dirt, hopefully they plan to put in rocks or something, my son enjoyed watching the large trail of ants utilizing the lack of landscaping. We stayed on the second floor and the building seems to be slanting and it was a little disconcerting. The walls are also paper thin, so I would recommend bringing a sound machine because you will hear everything around.
The staff were there, and that's about all I can say about them. The breakfast was dismal and we did not even bother on the second morning. Luckily there are plenty of breakfast options around the immediate vicinity. The entire property screams out the lack of care and pride in the business. Hopefully they do something to rectify this soon because I do cannot imagine it will do well at its current course. It gets two stars because again I was expecting it not to be amazing based on what we paid. That being said, with the state it was in we should have paid at least $20 less per night than what they are charging.

The only two advantages of this property are its relatively cheaper price compared to other hotels in the area and the proximity to Disneyland Park in Anaheim. Which were the reasons why I booked a suite room which was supposed to consist of one bedroom and multiple bathrooms (I'd expect two bathrooms since they mentioned 'multiple') for four of us.
We did indeed get a one bedroom suite but it had only one bathroom. I called up the reception but was told that they did not have any other options available and someone from the management would call me back the next day to address the issue. No one did. The suite room, while spacious, is towards the very back of the property and it is a good 5 minute walk from the front desk area. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The bedroom in our suite was small and felt stuffy.
What stood out to me was the evidence of management apathy. Run down carpets and torn front curtain are inexcusable from a hotel management, those are quite visible both to your maintenance staff and the visiting guests!
The breakfast was okay. They had a pancake machine, waffles, bread and cereal, pretty much along expected lines. But the sub par treatment meted out to us (not honoring our reservation) and the quite visible mismanagement of this hotel are reasons I'd recommend staying away from this one!
