Stayed with my mom 2 nights on 7th floor. Perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants, Central Park runs were perfect, and Starbucks across the street. (Hidden in BNP bank building with awesome Lichtenstein mural and paintings) Service was wonderful from the start. Angel did nice job at check in and bring sure we were happy with everything. Henry was amazing upon departure, running up the street to get us a cab! He made us laugh and smile in our last few moments of nyc.

Great location, Italian hospitality in NYC

The hotel obviously has a great location, but it is the friendly and professional staff that make it worthwhile. We especially liked the Italian touches throughout the hotel. Rooms are surprisingly large for NYC.
