A new water park is expected to open in New Caney, Texas.
Called Big Rivers Waterpark, the 40-acre water park will feature several attractions and a lazy river. According to its official website, Big Rivers will “have the tallest rides, longest lazy river, and biggest waves around!”
Big Rivers Waterpark is the latest phase to be announced for Grand Texas, a 62-acre amusement park and entertainment complex near Houston.
Construction for Big Rivers Water Park begins December 14, with a planned opening date for Memorial Day weekend in 2018.
