As the highly anticipated release of Disney’s live action “Beauty and the Beast” will open later this month, Adventures by Disney has announced a new river cruise that will offer special experiences celebrating the film.
In 2018, Adventures by Disney will feature Rhine River cruises that will travel through France, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands. Six departures will visit villages and cultures that inspired the films and celebrate with special experiences. Families will enjoy screenings of both the live- action and animated Disney films onboard, visit the French village of Riquewihr that is as picturesque as Belle’s hometown, and feast on a themed dinner, inspired by the movie.
Two adult-only cruises will focus on the kids at heart with epicurean sailings in the fall. These cruises will feature wine tastings, gourmet workshops and demonstrations, culinary tours, a French patisserie class, and more.
The river cruises take place aboard AmaWaterways luxurious ships, who began welcoming Disney and family-centric cruises in 2016. Bookings for the 2018 river cruise vacations are now being accepted.
