The Wizarding World of J.K. Rowling will make its way to the Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art (MCMA) when it transforms its galleries into the halls of Hogwarts for an immersive student event.
An Exchange Trip to Hogwarts, available to students ages 7 to 17, will take place on Friday, June 23, from noon to 3 p.m. For just $30, kids donning wizarding wear can enjoy the afternoon at Hogwarts. Following registration, students will be mailed an acceptance letter and a ticket for the Hogwarts Express. Sorted by age groups, students will have lunch in the Great Hall, create an owl in Transfiguration, make potions, play games and trivia, and solve a mystery. A costume contest will end the event.
Any student who brings a new or gently used children’s booking will receive a free want. The books will be donated to a local literacy program.
Pre-registration is required, with attendance limited to 80 students. The MCMA is located in Marietta, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta. Register here.
