The Caribbean island of Nevis will be home to a $160-million Wyndham Hotel.
The 30-acre new build will be open within the Northern Pointe Resort in St. James’ Parish. Phase One of the project will begin this year, with completion slated for 2019. The Wyndham Grand Nevis will offer 170 suites, condos and villas ranging from 900 to 5,100 square feet, as well as swimming pools, a private beach club and five restaurants.
