Dallas Blooms Returns to Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden

The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden brings back its annual spring floral festival, Dallas Blooms. Showcasing more than 500,000 spring blossoms, the festival will take place Feb. 25 through Apr. 9.

This year’s Dallas Blooms’ theme is “Peace, Love and Flower Power,” Each weekend of the event will highlight a different 1960s theme, incorporating headlines, TV, fads, fashion and music from the decade, including the “Ed Sullivan Show-Celebrity Weekend” and “Vibrations of a Nation: Peace Love Freedom Fest.” Dallas Blooms features 100 varieties of tulips, daffodils, pansies, violas, hyacinths and oppose with a finale of the blooming of the garden’s 3,000 azaleas.

Dallas Blooms at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden will feature concerts, events and activities, and coincides with the reopening of the Rory Meyer Children’s Adventure Garden scientific museum garden.
