Iberostar Hotels & Resorts, which operates multiple all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico, will enter the U.S. market with its plans to open hotels in New York City and Miami.
The first Iberostar property opens this week in New York at 70 Park Avenue. The 4-star boutique Iberostar New York City will feature 16 floors and more than 200 rooms.
In December, Iberostar’s second boutique property will open in South Beach, Miami. Iberostar Berkeley will feature nearly 100 rooms.
