Northern Virginia’s Lansdowne Resort, A Destination Hotel, has announced it will begin a multi-million dollar renovation as it commemorates its 25th anniversary. The hotel, located in Leesburg, Virginia, is a 476-acre destination property for the Mid-Atlantic region and will conduct a full redesign of its guest rooms, to be completed by spring 2016.
The expansive redesign of the resort’s 296 guest rooms will focus on the hotel’s Wine Country location, incorporating a color palette to coincide with the views found on the massive grounds. The resort will pay homage to wine country location with a wine aesthetic that includes bar carts serving as mini bars, wine cask nightstands, glasses made from recycled wine bottles, as well as artwork featured in guest rooms. Upscale amenities will be added, as well.
The Lansdowne Resort will complete guest room renovations before continuing with refurbishment of its remaining facilities, which includes a full-service spa, five swimming pools, dining options, and golf course.
