Montana’s luxurious dude ranch resort, the Resort at Paws Up, is introducing WinterFest, its first winter food and wine festival. The new festival will feature celebrity chefs and be held Jan. 21 through 24, 2016.
World-class chefs will include Paws Up’s own Executive Chef Ben Jones, Chef Colby Garrelts and Chef Megan Garrelts. Top Chef winner Chef Hosea Rosenberg and Top Chef competitor Chef Brooke Williamson, will also be on hand. Along with winter-themed meals, wine pairings will be offered, led by Master Sommelier Chuck Furuya.
Paws Up is an all-inclusive resort, with three meals daily, all scheduled events, three activities of your choice and live music nightly. Rates for the Montana ranch. Rates start at $745 per person for four days, three nights.
